Covered: any functional fault under normal use — screen, battery below 85% health, cameras, Face ID, speakers, charging.
Not covered: accidental damage, liquid damage, third-party repairs or modifications.
How to claim
- Walk in to any of our 20 branches with your order number — most fixes or swaps happen same day.
- Or message us and we collect it for free.
- If we can’t fix it, we replace it or refund you.

From ¥99 — for example ¥439 on a ¥6,249 phone. Add it on the product page.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit — your choice.
- Free cancellation until your order ships.
- Return at any branch, or we arrange a free pickup.
- The device must come back in the condition you received it, signed out of iCloud.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the device.
